The entrance was a bit hard to find with only a small sign and an anonymous hallway, but we got some help from a bar nearby and was able to locate it after 2-3 minutes of asking around. "We got a really friendly welcome, even though we arrived in the middle of the night. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped with coffee, tea and a simple breakfast.
