"They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. "This is a good option to stay around Guarulhos airport. If you are lucky your room will be in the new wing of the hotel, where it's not noisy. Since they deal with a lot of disgruntled guests whose flights were cancelled and were given vouchers for the hotel stay, staff are professional but not overly friendly.
