Booked the ocean view but see nothing but building and puddle. The staff kept saying I am looking outer harbour ocean view when I see nothing but boats on water and building. The staff offered me to pay 30 dollars more in order to get the ocean view. After total of 400 dollars later I get the actual ocean view. Don’t advertise it is ocean view when there was none.

Amazing location and iconic dining and tea room. Victoria is amazing. Rooms pretty average to be honest. Small. No storage, drawers etc so rough for 3 nights

We stayed the night. Our room was fantastic and the views were gorgeous. The room was very spacious. I would definitely go back. You can see the hotel is trying and so is the staff.
They need to get their maintenance in order on their landscaping, and I would update the flooring in all the hallways so that they don't have to use those diffusers.
The restaurant staff try hard, but they are not professional waiters and could use some guidance from professionals.
