The staff were very attentive and pleasant. The room was clean and the mattress has a good support. Water was refilled every day. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from a Metro station and it is close to attractions as a short metro ride. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling to Beijing.

Hotel not only offers washer and dryer for free but also they can help you do the cleaning if you are too busy to do yourself, very helpful staff. Location is good, I'm able to take bus from summer palace to hotel front door. Bus also goes to some other attractions door to door

The amenities surpassed expectations and staff went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t get ourselves lost. My daughter’s luggage broke and a staff member stepped in and ordered her a replacement which arrived the next day. We received assistance with bookings and translations, nothing was too much to ask.
The hotel is very stylish and immaculately kept. This one is an absolute gem, highly recommended and in a great location in a traditional Hutong close to shopping, eateries and access to popular sightseeing destinations.
