Stayed in a 2 bedroom first 3 nights then moved to a 1 bedroom with balcony for 2 nights. Both rooms were clean but furniture was worn, torn and couch in 1 room had disgusting stains. In the 2 bedroom we did use a rollaway also which was the most uncomfortable rollaway I’ve ever slept on by far. For the most part the staff was very nice! Really liked the housekeeper Ana, the front desk check-in ; even though had small mishaps and the restaurant staff were all incredibly friendly but my call with the concierge on the first day of my check-in was beyond rude. I can easily say that I will not be staying here again!

Location unbeatable, staff was wonderful. Property is run down, room wasn’t clean enough - water stains and a couple small bugs in bathroom. The pool and spa area was not modern, not as clean as I would like. Horrendous disposable flip flops instead of standard gym/hotel slides.

Amazing hotel, staff make the whole experience, bar is great. Reception and concierge team are excellent, in particular Lauren who made check in a breeze. Gym and pool are excellent for a New York hotel.
