We love, love, love the 1 hotel in Miami. The facilities are immaculate, the staff are accommodating and friendly, we’ve always had a gorgeous room when we’ve been there. We had a very small issue with our showerhead- my husband reached out to the concierge and it was fixed immediately while we were at dinner. I had a great, very relaxing prenatal massage and enjoyed meals at all of the restaurants on the premises. If you’re in Miami and want to be on the beach in the lap of luxury, go to 1 hotel!

Outside building was great. Could improve with room maintenace. Our room was ocean view, but toilet fil valve was broken, and takes 30 minutes wait to flush. Window frame paint was peeling. Otherwise its a great place.

The food was over priced. some front desk staff not so nice. had to to pay for parking even though room rate was high. there was an oven but not dish/tray to put in there so it was useless and staff could not supply anything.
