The room was given to us as a family room, but after the extra bed that was added for my son, there was hardly any room to walk around. We had to get the extra bed changed as the mattress spring was poking through the mattress.
The staff was friendly and efficient, as they changed the bed when requested.

We had a really great stay at Taj Mahal Tower. The moment we arrived, the entrance felt grand and welcoming, and it set the tone for the rest of the visit.
My parents absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. There were so many options and everything tasted fresh. It was honestly one of their favorite parts of the stay.
What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was so warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. The hospitality felt very personal and thoughtful, which made the experience even more special.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back.
