We enjoyed the spacious room facilities. Enjoyable breakfast and engaging staff. Did not utilise the restaurant on this occasion but have previously had the wonderful fish and chips dish. Thankfully beautiful sunshine which added to the golfing and beach walking.

Friendly folks to greet you and recommend George Hotel for dinner. Beautiful and sweet cat made my niece very happy and added to the feel of home. Breakfast was very good. Convenient location for visiting Inveraray and the Castle..

What a stunning hotel, just wish we were there a week and not one day. All the staff were brilliant and helpful. The property itself is beautifully maintained and our meal in the main formal restaurant was superb. Our only complaint would be the green LED on the bedroom ceiling, perhaps part of a fire alarm system but it was VERY bright - see photo

The location is great but property is rather run down. I had problems with the privacy lock & had to push/pull door tight to be sure it latched at all. Came back 1st day to obviously torn pillowcase. No phone in room, you have to use WhatsApp to call reception, not that they tell you that at checking, there's a small, easily missed card in the room only. For what they charged, I expect better. Will not stay here again.

Due to streets being closed because of repair work, we had a problem getting to the hotel but the night manager worked us thru it. He was extremely nice and helpful and the rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable.
