It was honestly amazing. I was worried after seeing some reviews, but it was an amazing time. My boyfriend and I went for 6 days and enjoyed every second of it. Francisco, one of the pool guys, was so attentive for all 6 days we were there. The drinks were STRONG! The food was good as well. Nothing blew my mind butttt it was still very enjoyable. I loved Quivara Steakhouse as well. Side note, it was very easy to find pool chairs and also very easy to make reservations. It was an amazing trip and we will definitely be back again.

The place was okay. The view is beautiful, big pool, multiple restaurants (but most are for other guest). The staff was the most disappointing part. When you are ordering food or drinks most of them look at you like “why is this person bothering me?” They are extremely slow with service, they just don’t care for the guest. Not all staff members were like this but out of all of them about 2-3 were kind and very helpful. Another annoying part is the moment you check-in right away they drag you to the membership conversation. We were tired from our flight, it was hot and we just wanted to eat and go enjoy the place but no first listen to how you can become a member even though no one asked. At this point, my family and I will not be returning to this hotel, it was also our first time in Cancun and it was not a good impression. We have been to Punta Cana to different resorts and hands down we loved it. If we do decide to become members somewhere it will probably be in Punta Cana.

Great staff! Had a great time! It was a very nice resort. They really kept everything clean. They give you daily maid service and nightly turn down. Food was great! . No reservations were required other than Spice International. (Hibachi). Beaches were nice and were cleaned up daily. We had a swim out room. They provided drink services at our swim up which was convenient. Entertainment was decent. Love the coffee and pastries shop! You have to try the chocolate donuts! Loved getting hot or iced vanilla lattes everyday. Pools were really nice. Plenty of chairs were available. Lots of activities daily offered. Download the app when you check in and you can reference anything you need during your stay. I give it an 8 out of a 10. Bathroom area needs to be closed off better in your room. I’m an early bird. Anyone trying to sleep In will get an eye full of light from the bathroom since it’s open to the bedroom area.

Rooms are amazing. Pool is amazing. Most of the staff is good too. Food for Vegetarians is average. Nothing wows you. Even the basic italian stuff is not done correctly, the pizza is a disappointment considering how easy it can be. They really need to work on the quality of their desserts too. Its plain mediocre. A fellow meat eater couple resonated with us as well. Spa is decent. Its a decent place if not paying high season rates
