9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,014 reviews)
I’m a little bummed after high expectations. The rooftop was closed both nights of our stay due to party reservations. Also, our room was a bunk bed room, which I didn’t expect at all— it felt very summer campy. Furthermore, we were in the basement with two outside walls, so it was very loud. We were awaken on Monday morning at 8:00am exactly to a pressure washer right outside my window. Definitely didn’t feel luxurious. Staff and service was great though. The Valet guys were awesome!!!

I found the inside very massive with all the stuff and the like. I thought the pool was well designed and that views were stunning.

9.8/10 Exceptional! (196 reviews)
We booked our stay wanting to relax at the rooftop bar & pool during sunset but it was closed. First we were told it was because it rained earlier that day. When I complained to management they said it closed at 10pm (it was 9:30pm).
Then when my husband went to the bar to get a drink @ 9:30pm, the bartender said they were closed. Management said the bar closes at 10pm.
The facility is nice, clean & conveniently located next to Mercedes Benz stadium in Atlanta but we were VERY DISAPPOINTED at the restricted access to the only amenities they had to offer.

8.8/10 Excellent! (3,231 reviews)
I recently stayed at the Reverb by Hard Rock Atlanta and overall had a decent experience with a few frustrations.
The room itself was modern, comfortable, and mostly clean. The hotel has a really cool vibe and aesthetic, and I appreciated the added security measures requiring room keys to access certain floors. I understand the intention is safety, although it did make moving around the hotel late at night a little inconvenient at times.
There were a few downsides during our stay. We noticed what appeared to be a small blood stain on one of the pillowcases. I can’t fully confirm where it came from, but it definitely wasn’t something you want to see when settling into a room.
The biggest issue was customer service. Some staff members were helpful, but others came across as dismissive or unnecessarily rude, especially regarding replacement room keys. One security guard near the elevators in particular handled a situation very poorly. I was actively speaking with another staff member when she abruptly interrupted instead of simply saying “excuse me” professionally. The interaction felt unnecessarily aggressive and left a bad impression. Ironically, once it was clear we were hotel guests, the tone completely changed.
Parking was also more difficult than expected. Paying $45 per night for self-parking felt excessive, especially considering how inconvenient the process was. Transporting luggage from the garage to the room was confusing and cumbersome, and there wasn’t much guid
