Great, everything works. Only inconvenience to note if u book the same room under 2 different reservations, u need to reactivate your room cards for the next booking. We stayed over 3 nights. Booked 2 nights with breakfast & 1 without breakfast coz of an early flight. We had to reactivate the cards even though it’s for the same room, under the same name.

My usual hotel in Penang . Convenient .
Room is clean overall but I have to say the hotel is getting a little older . Some of fixes can be a little more well thought to honest but overall still a comfortable stay . It used to be a vip property under hotels.com so it’s a pity the partnership of that has ceased
