The resort was meticulously maintained, and the mature tropical landscaping made it feel like a true island getaway. The grounds were beautiful, inviting, and unlike a typical hotel. We stayed in a ground-floor double room, and the private porch overlooking the pool was one of our favorite features. The room was spacious for the two of us, the bed was comfortable, and I especially appreciated having a ceiling fan. Check-in was a great experience—we were welcomed with a mango mimosa, which was such a thoughtful touch. The resort offers several pools to choose from, along with a convenient on-site restaurant. The bathroom was well stocked with wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as hand soap and lotion. After spending the day in the sun and on the water, the lotion was especially appreciated. Overall, the resort had a relaxed, tropical atmosphere that made it feel much more like a vacation destination than a standard hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The one downside was the price for our suite was a little ridiculous for what the room really was. Our suite was very small with no view. Most hotels we stay at have bigger / nicer rooms for the price.

We have stayed many times at the Marker and have never been disappointed. Nice big rooms and helpful staff. Great pool area@

The Gardens Hotel is simply idyllic. The staff are attentive, the amenities and facilities are great and it is such a unique hotel. The room was fantastic and the ambience throughout our stay was simply wonderful. Can't wait to return to get back to the totally chilled vibe!

First, let me say how amazing the staff was. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. The room and beds were updated and comfortable. It was nice to have 3 pool options, each with its own vibe. Unfortanitly, the sargassum was so bad, it made the beach inaccessible. The overwhelming smell was everywhere on the east side and couldn't be escaped. That's just nature and had nothing to do with the hotel; however, it would have been nice to know ahead of time. The front desk forgot to give us the free drink tickets, food credits, and a bottle of wine at check-in, so I had to go back to ask for them. The lady who assisted us with our bike and golf cart rental was a 6 out of 5. Truly the best! We would definitely come back, but would check for the sargassum before.
