The place is wonderful, we had a great time, spotless, well equipped. We park our car for the weekend and walk to all the attractions and restaurants. Walking noise from the apartment above is the one and only thing that keeps it from being perfect. We felt safe walking back to it from our night time ghost tour. Overall a great stay.

The ice machine on our floor never had ice. The pool was closed for the last 2 days before we left for cleaning. The gym bathroom was not well kept and staff was notified 2 days in a row. Each room should have had mini fridges and it only had a bucket for ice which I had to go to another floor to get.

The room was cold and we turned off air conditioning. The fan ran all night and the covers on the bed were not enough to get warm. We probably should have asked for help but we’re really tired
The building was beautiful, people very friendly, but we remember being cold
