We arrived late at night only to find out that the hot water boiler was broken and the hotel had no hot water all three nights we stayed there. They made it up by providing free buffet breakfast and they also offered a 25% discount on our stay, but to be honest we haven’t yet seen the refund

Smallest hotel room ever. But all else was good

Allie at front desk check in was extremely helpful and friendly Night manager was also very helpful too Great breakfast Friendly staff

Room’s AC was broken, front desk was helpful and changed our room to one with AC.

No air conditioning but all else great
