You cannot check in any earlier than 4:00. The lobby and the 2nd floor area was full of people waiting to get in. We ended up sitting on the floor waiting till 4:00. Some people in our area called the hotel right before 4:00 and were told they would have to wait no early check in. So, 4:00 arrives and the lobby area is packed with people waiting to check in. Finally, 25 minutes later was given my keys. We had 4 people in our room and were told only 3 towels and 2 facecloths and hand towels available. If we wanted more we would have to come downstairs or call for more. This made no sense to me. Staff were very nice as they had to deal with unhappy people which was not their fault. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

Everything was amazing

Great size for our family of 5. Walk to CN Tower, Rogers Centre etc was about 30 mins, with 3 teenagers. Quiet area, very safe. The apartment was clean, and had all the facilities you would expect and the building was secure. The host was helpful, and effeicent. Overall a great experience.

Very noisy hotel . They were drilling And doing construction all day . Planes were also lout

Nice room, great service and always a friendly greeting. Staff goes out of their way to help. Wonderful breakfast. The location is terrific. About 10 minutes easy walk to Rogers Centre, CN Tower and the Aquarium. Don't even consider going elsewhere!

Nice place to stay. Needs some updating but good for the price. Within walking distance to the falls.
