Staff was accommodating and plenty of dining, coffee close. Renovating but nice. The AC wasn’t great in the room.

Not staffed properly front desk Or Valle or housekeeping Stayed ther for 2 nights I asked for towels and room to be cleaned They never sent towels or cleaned the room Came back at 11 pm

Great place to stay in downtown Nashville. Our studio was huge! We only stayed one night, so we didn’t use any of the amenities, but it was awesome having a full kitchen and washer/dryer in our unit. The parking does require a separate app, but it was very easy to use and I like that we booked a specific spot. The whole property was very clear and the staff were very friendly. We will stay here again!

Great hotel in all respects. I will stay there multiple times in the future. Great drinks and dining in lobby and 3rd floor. The road noise at night is an issue, but we were in the front on 3. Higher floors in rear probably fine.

Overall we had a good stay. There was a leak in the bathroom that I reported immediately but no one ever came to see about it. The ice had some type of seed in it and when brought to the bartenders attention she just said (do you want another drink) lol this was at the bar which tells me that the area isn’t being kept clean. Other than that the stay was fine.

They don’t have late check out- at least that’s what they told me this morning -so that sucked. Other than that it was a pretty good place to stay!!
