Clean everything just a lil outdated but friendly staff

Amazing ambiance. Great staff and Daily Breakfast.

A few misses here and there, but quickly corrected. Soap and conditioner dispensers were empty and not functioning, blow dryer fell apart. Everything was addressed promptly.

Great for Walkers. We paid a lot more than we usually do for a hotel, so our expectations were high as well. The location was perfect. The staff, decor and cleanliness made our stay enjoyable. We were surprised that we had to go through the underground parking lot or take a very circuitous route around the property to get from our room to the lobby, fitness center and restaurant. While the loft is airy and attractive, be prepared to go up and down a large staircase from the bed to the bathroom.

Clean room. Very friendly staff. Wonderful stay.

Tried really hard to love this place - fabulous lobby, staircase and lounge. Our room while large lacked natural light - partially due to tree outside but also a window that probably hadn’t been cleaned externally in years. Bar/bistro not open early afternoon and closed at 9 pm. Given that the surrounding area isn’t great to wander round this wasn’t good.

Everyone was really nice and welcoming! Plus, they treated our rescue dog like royalty…we will be back for sure.
