The ocean is so blue on this property, the rooms were clean, the staff was great. The rooms do need some bed upgrades the beds were a little uncomfortable. The two bed rooms need some more privacy when it comes to the bathroom. The food was great, bar, pool was great. The staff was amazing especially JJ, Anselmo, and bartender Javier. The check in process was a little slow.

The staff were amazing, particularly our butler, Maggie, El Adio, and the bartender Fernando! He was amazing and we even moved to one of the pools when he went from the inside bar to the pool swim up! Absolutely amazing, friendly and we definitely need to go back!

It’s not fully Ocean view room , some time tower is not clean and cup has others lipstick on. Restaurant always tastes different even you order same thing at same restaurant. Staff - most are friendly, sweat corner staff always not have smile - seem not like this job may be too busy.

Food could be better.

Rooms were clean. Place in general needs a little updating. Overall was very nice. Food was good. Staff is amazing. Luis at the bar is very friendly and does an excellent job. JC is awesome as always as the beach waiter. Will be back again

The room was clean, loved the turn down service every night. The staff was phenomenal, always friendly! The pools were perfect, temperature was perfect. Loved the lazy river, loved the pool activities. Food and drinks were delicious! Would like to have had real ice cream on the property, my husband loves ice cream! The shows, game quizzes every night were top notch. We thought the floor in the lobby and down the stairs to the martini bar was kind of slick. Also some of the tiles and walkways around some of the pools were slippery. We saw someone fall by the lazy river. The beach was nice but it was unfortunate to have the sargasm on the beach, so we couldn't enjoy the water.

Pristine ocean view from our 4th floor room. Overall, staff was excellent. A great place for recharge & relax 😎 👍

Beautiful view of the beach & ocean from the pool, the food at the restaurants was fantastic,

The shows were great that they had each night, water slides were fun for the kids. Judy & Samantha were amazing to deal with and book the on resort restaurants, book excursions and helpful with any inquiries. The beach was beautiful, there were chairs and beds, easy to watch the kids and relax.
