Cartagena Waterpark Holidays

Was initially taken back by being placed in a windowless room but the hotel did a wonderful job of moving us to a room with a window/balcony upon our request. They were initially going to charge us for this request but after pointing out that the lack of windows was not advertised at the time of booking, they upgraded us for free which we really appreciated. My husband also forgot his headphones in the room and they were wonderful about helping to ship is back to the US. Overall, really appreciate their responsiveness and flexibility.

The hotel’s location was perfect for a short stay like hours. Our suite was beyond gorgeous and the staff was exceptional. Breakfast was the only meal we had but it was also excellent so I recommend this hotel to any exigent traveler looking for perfect service and a very comfortable stay

I loved the hotel. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We experienced a few issues both before and during our stay, but they handled everything quickly and resolved them in the best possible way, which made us forget about them. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.
