The room and bathroom were clean and all the basics were provided. The to-go breakfast was ok. Overall, a pleasant experience.

We received a free upgrade upon arrival, which was nice and appreciated. Our room was clean and very spacious. We ate dinner at the hotel - the service was great! The chef came out to ask if we were happy with everything. He did so again the next morning for our breakfast. I can’t say enough about the service!

Great experience all around. The staff was exceptional, the room service was fantastic, and the rooms were absolutely beautiful. The fact that it’s right next to Petra makes it incredibly convenient and adds even more to the overall experience.

Very welcoming staff! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Look out over the city toward Petra is really nice. Free shuttle service to the Petra visitor’s center. A short walk up the street to several restaurants with amazing Jordanian food.

Super room in old village style, the jacuzzi in the spa was great after trekking through Petra all-day. Breakfast was excellent and included, dinner was extra but also good
