Great customer service.

I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her language with her staff member and both laughed and passed weird expressions which is very unprofessional and insulting to do to your guests. We went into the room noticed even the basic things are not in the room for a 4 star hotel. Only 2 water bottles in the fridge no kettle no tea bags no iron, Broken cupboards, Ants in the balcony, broken hair dryer, noisy Bed We asked them for extra towels 3 times finally had to get down and ask for 4 time.The AC was blowing air not cooling the room due to this my 1 year old got unwell and had temperature. I requested to make the AC work nothing changed. We went to speak at the reception and when we mentioned our baby is unwell they laughed at us at this moment we realised its a very unsafe place to stay.extremely rude and unprofessional staff worst hotel experience of my life.I had to leave the hotel and make another booking at a different place.

The service and the staff was excellent, no doubt. The guy at the entrance was super helpful and helped us to reserve a taxi for the airport. The room was spacious and ok, the towels were a bit old and one could notice, also the bedsheets and the pillows. Overall a good experience, cheap, convenient and well located. Breakfast was ok.

This stunning villa offers exceptional service from the moment of arrival. The beautifully maintained grounds and breathtaking sea views enhance the overall experience. While it is a short walk to the village, accessing an Uber is very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property is a 30-minute walk or an 8-minute drive from the main town area, making it convenient for visiting or dining out. It’s a gated property with ample car parking, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The rooms are adequate but sparsely decorated, with painted floors and no tiles on the bathroom walls. The furnishings are similar to IKEA. The TV is small, and the Wi-Fi bandwidth is excellent, allowing for easy streaming and FaceTime. However, the walls between units don’t provide much sound insulation, which is unacceptable, we could easily hear our neighbour snoring and other unwanted noises. The breakfast is homemade and delicious, prepared by the ladies on site.

The hotel is lovely, great location and our room was big with a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with enough vegan options for us. However, when we checked in, we were told the restaurant was all full for dinner and couldn't make reservations. We were tired from traveling all day and very hungry. The hotel should have been able to accommodate 2 more people for dinner.

I spent 4 days visiting my sister! We met up each day! The hotel was a very convenient meeting p0lace. A great time!

For a budget hotel, it is quiet and convenient to the train station and the duomo. Reasonable comfortable bed but only one very flat pillow each. Shower is hot but water flow is weak. Satisfactory breakfast with self fry eggs. Would be nice if a toaster is available as the toastie maker don't make toast Staff were courteous and polite.
