"The hole staff members are amazing, so nice and helpful, they make you feel great. There is a nice pool and rooms are fine. The breakfast is very good and there is big variety all kind of salty and sweet to eat. Hotel has also a restaurant which offers great sushi and fish. "

"Abbiamo pernottato in questa struttura per una notte con i miei figli di 9 e 11 anni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è molto bella, nuova e moderna, curata nei dettagli. La piscina è davvero piacevole, dotata di tutti i comfort, con bar e comode sdraio per rilassarsi.
Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante con formula a buffet: una scelta ottima con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Abbiamo trascorso una serata piacevole, i bambini hanno mangiato con gusto e si sono divertiti...

Attitude of the management: "You are our last cuctomers for the season, so we don't provide service. If you don't like it, LEAVE!!!!!". We had prepaid. We might not be the last customers, as rooms are still bookable (at a reduced rate).

Dirty Pool, not fit to swim in.
No drinks in bar, having no ice cubes - machine broke some weeks ago (Have they heard about icetrays???). In 30-35 degrees you'd like a cold drink.
They only sell wine by the bottle.
Advertising check in 13:00, nobody at reception B4 15:30.
No attempt to clear away dirty dinner plates after finished eating.
Room: Large, and ok. Fancy shower not working.
Minibar: Empty, info sheet saying you’ll be charged a daily fee if you put personal objects in it.
No coffee/tea facilities.
Basic toiletries in sachets and soapbar.
Mosquitos in room: No spray to lend.
On the plus side: Safe parking.

"We booked our stay for 2 weeks in July 2024. We were apprehensive due to the property not having any reviews on Expedia. We decided to take a chance and book it. I am so happy we did! This is the most amazing villa!! It is located in a very quiet and quaint town of Joppolo. The villa was beautiful! It was decorated so cute, and it felt like home. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for the time we were there. We shopped at local grocery stores and cooked almost every night. The villa had a washer and laundry soap provided which smelled amazing. The terrace was my favorite place to be. It overlooked the beautiful ocean which was about 150 yards away. The sunset and sun rises were the best I have ever seen. It was a 30-minute drive to Tropea to enjoy shopping and tourism. It was an hour to Reggio Calabria airport and the ferry to Sicily.
Let me tell you about the host, Mrs. Jole! We missed our connecting flight and had to wait 7 hours for the next flight. We were extremely late checking in. It was 1AM before we got to the villa. We called Mrs. Jole and she graciously was there to meet within minutes. She was accompanied by her lovely daughter who helped translate to English. They were both so warm and inviting and we felt like we were visiting family. She explained a few things about the villa and told us call her if we needed anything. The weather was hot but the villa had the best AC! We felt safe and comfortable, and it was so quiet and tranquil. We will be back!"
