North West Division Waterpark Holidays

We have stayed at the Concorde three times and have been made to feel very welcome and found the standard of service exceptional by every member of staff. It is a very clean hotel hotel in an ideal location. The only small criticism I would make is that there is no mirror available with suitable lighting to apply make up.

Clean room, good facilities, such as large fridge, microwave and cooking range. Great for families. Better than staying at a hotel.

Everything was top notch! The room was clean and exudes an aura of elegance and home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They definitely made us feel right at home.

A very fine accomodations which was perfect for us

Rooms are very dark and small. Mine looked nothing like the picture online. That said, it was comfortable and the location was perfect. Lots of good restaurants and shopping - very walkable.

A great hotel well located, spacious snd comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location. We were given an early check in. Staff were great. Breakfasts were very good and the mixologist was top drawer.

Typical 4 star business hotel. Good size clean rooms, little storage space but everything you need. Nice, well organised breakfast with a good selection. Only downside was the traffic noise, as on busy road,

Room was fine but was not serviced each day and we had to ask for towels , toilet paper etc . Most staff seemed too busy to help or look after us: when we checked in , there was no welcome just admin . Could be so much better .
