The Thompson was excellent all around. The staff was especially helpful and the valet service was a huge plus given the lack of available parking in the area. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and clean hotel steps away from historic La Villita and the Riverwalk. Very nice room appropriately appointed with a city view and near rooftop pool. Excellent desk staff, whom provided good information about hotel amenities and was quick to resolve a few service issues brought to their attention.

There was group of young people about 3 rooms down from ours and they were yelling, running, shouting and slamming the doors from 3am to 6am. I called reception and they never help us.
