Had a good experience staying at this hotel. The staff were great, breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. Only thing I would change is the pillows offered, they were quite uncomfortable. Other than that, it was pretty good.

This is a fine option if you just want a barebones room to crash in while visiting Milan. The staff is very nice and professional. Our room for 3 was quite small and the outside wall was baffingly banged up and dirty. The rest of the room was fine - the bathroom was nicely updated which clashed with the rest of worn-down room. Location is very good within a short walk of Crocetta station. Another plus is the fact that within a few steps is an amazingly good and reasonably-priced restaurant, Razdora. If you stay at Crivi's you need to go eat at Razdora - tell chef Matteo that Mathieu from Canada sent you (seriously, just go!)

Clean and modern room and bathroom. Outstanding panoramic view of Milan overlooking Duomo that is only half a mile away. Same view during breakfast or dinner. Highly recommended.

The staff were all so super kind and helpful. Our stay was only short but it was perfect each day :)

The Art Collection was actually very good. The place could use some attention to detail in terms of maintenance given that is is not inexpensive. Several details and things were not very clean or were not working.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Castel Hörtenberg in Bolzano. The location is truly perfect—peaceful and tucked away, yet just a short walk to the heart of the city, making it ideal for exploring while still feeling like a private retreat. The entire hotel is immaculate. Every space, from the rooms to the common areas, is spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. Very well located hotel, easy to get around the city by walking and public transport. If you fly from Linate (LIN) just 20 min with metro. Spacious room, very clean everywhere. Extensive breakfast with a buffet and freshly made menu. AC is working so-so as it turned out is somehow centrally controlled also the water refills could be a bit better. Overall very good experience and would stay again.
