The hotel staff is excellent overall. It’s a top notch services. The breakfast is delicious. Thank you for all you do !

The staff was super friendly and very attentive from the moment we arrived, during the stay and until the day we left. Special shout out to Brian Dinh who was in the charge of the guests for the villas in which we had an awesome 3 bedrooms with an oceanfront picture perfect view. He made sure we were well taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Not only was I convinced that we needed to come back.for the accommodation but definitely for the top service we received. Rooms were kept clean everyday from housekeeping and the food was quite delicious. I recommend to pay a bit more and stay in the villas. Will not regret it~

Breakfast is fresh and there is a large spread of food. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and luxurious. One issue I had was there are 3 of us staying in the room but only 2 sets of towels were provided. Small issue but an annoyance. Nice feature they have is whatsap for communication, however it is not monitored immediately. If you’re expecting a timely response you may not get it. I asked for three sets of towels when they do house keeping but unfortunately that was not done. Again, minor issue. Other than that, very happy with the hotel and location! Would stay again!

Excellent location, room was immaculate, staff were very efficient however customer service could have been more friendly at breakfast. Chairs and tables could be heard from above dragging on the floor from the rooftop in the evening until closing.
