Great staff that were friendly and super helpful. Rooms were perfect for a family of four within a reasonable budget. Great location to interesting places and transportation.

Outstanding hotel choice! The room was spotless, had two comfortable beds, and allowed us to store luggage free when we arrived too early for check in. The amenities included pajamas, toothbrushes, hairbrushes-incredible customer service. The people working the reception desk were polite and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I recommend getting the breakfast buffets day by day. Don’t buy it for your whole trip unless you plan to be there every morning. It was amazing but we slept in most days. Amazing hotel and greatest service.

Very run down

This is my second time stay with them. Everything was perfect except for their shuttle bus service. We have our 2 kids touring the city and ran to the shuttle bus station before the last bus schedule. The driver was still loading people into the bus and he refused to take us even when I showed him our shuttle tickets! We were exhausted after whole day walk around then had to walk again to the taxi stand to grab the cab. We spoke the front desk of the incident right after we got back that night. They said they would investigate and provide feedback. The following morning when we were checking out and were sort of brushed off with a finding is that driver did not know that we wanted to take the shuttle! I emphasized to them that I was showing the hotel shuttle tickets to the driver. But hotel did not follow up with the case or give us the refund for our cab ride either. That’s quite disappointing considering that this is a high standard hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location for restaurants and to move around. There is laundry available, bath house, and a gym. The staff was really helpful. And the rooms are beautiful and very clean! I certainly recommend this hotel!
