The hotel did not have umbrellas or chairs you could rent for the beach. It was a great looking resort but it lacked in something. When we needed to checkout there was no one at the front so they had to email me a final payment amount. They did decorate for our honeymoon but it was not done before getting us in our room. So we had to wait outside our door for them to complete it but that was just really sweet of them. All in all it was a good stay.

It is was our 1st trip to Bali with a child (nearly 3 years old) so it’s a very different trip to usual. But the hotel was perfect, fun for everyone. Great amenities, staff etc. Location is also good, plenty around it but also pretty chill for Kuta. Thanks for a great stay

A 5 star resort, pretty much everything you would expect. My only issue was sometimes they force you to spend. For example, we had extra food that we saved and refrigerated, but they wouldn't microwave it for us- We would need to order new food.

We had a fantastic time at the resort. The kids entertainment was fun and engaging. The spa was great and the people are very friendly.

Nice location adjacent to lovely park and food options.
