Dead Sea Waterpark Holidays

The room was very clean and nice. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The overall experience was great. The area around the property is great. Plenty of shops and places to get food within a 5-10 minute walk. The WiFi in the building was a little hit and miss depending on how people are on it. Overall I highly recommend staying here.

James the Bartender was excellent! He made our night :)

Not having a personal refrigerator in the room was disappointing. The stocked one that costs a lot was not helpful.

Lovely rooms and a comft bed. I had the the biggest room they have and it was bigger than I expected, with enough floor space for luggage and moving around with ease. Bathroom was a bit too small for my liking and the water pressure could have been stronger. Lovely girl who checked me in and out.

Modern look but some things are not functional

This hotel is far from being a 5 star. Is the most tacky place I ever been. The food of their restaurant is terrible, the rooms are outdated

The property is definitely starting to show its age; there was quite a bit of construction throughout the hotel and the fitness center was completely closed during my stay. Their "continental breakfast" was just a variety of pastries and some assorted fruits; only ate breakfast there once. The rooms were fine - nothing special, but I've certainly stayed in worse. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the room, there were a few areas with obvious crumbs and stains.

Room was clean and great location beside the beach. Room had kitchette and big fridge, microwave etc. so was great. It was dated and internet didn't work in our room but worked well in the lobby. Great value for money :) happy with it.

Hotel is in the middle of Midtown a block away from GrandCentral Train station just make sure you know the right exit or it will be a longer walk. The hotel is a short walk to Time square & Fifth Avenue so I give a great rating for the excellent location. When we checked in the room, it was a let down & it was not the Deluxe room i imagined. Patio was tiny with really old & dusty patio chairs that had been there, along with cigarette butts in the corner. there’s nothing to see but walls. The receptionist kept mentioning that because we booked through Expedia this is what we get. i asked for a room change politely but all I hear is Expedia customers should be grateful as we pay less & their rooms costs $800/ night so we get what we paid for -the basic room. She told me that we can upgrade for more fees which by the way I didnt realize while booking that there was an Up charge of daily fees on top of my final cost.I got a call the next day for an offer to change rooms but it was really late in the afternoon so I didnt call back. The previous reviews said staff were friendly but they’re a bit aloof. I didnt feel welcomed to stay there. The vibe is a bit stiff. At least the cleaning staff excellent. The 2 ladies spoke to us & checked our needs.
