This was a one night stay for us after a trip to Tenerife. Staff was so welcoming and helpful and our room was terrific. Location great for tourism. What a beautiful city.

Excellente and spacious rooms / apartment. Beautiful and classic finishing. I wish we could have stayed longer to make the most of it.

The rooms are a bit small and the bathroom is uncomfortable - no door to the bathroom or shower.

If you're travelling on a budget I would recommend this accommodation. I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, though the room was very small - just enough room for a single bed and very small bedside table ... but it did have a TV. The shared bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and good water pressure, though the shower cubicle is very small. As a lone traveller I felt safe there (5th floor and plenty of locked doors). My only gripe with the room was that it had no window to the outside - there was a 'window' which opened to the stairwell/lift and there was a lot of noise from this area until quite late at night. The location is good - a 5-10 minute walk to Gran Via, about 20 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor - with quite a few places to eat and small shops for snacks and beverages close by. Staff were friendly, though I didn't really require their services as only there for a few days.
