It's a perfect place for a family holiday.

This was one of the best all-inclusive hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. The staff were exceptional – always polite, kind, and incredibly helpful. The property itself is massive, offering a wide range of amenities and activities for guests of all ages. The dining options were outstanding, with a diverse selection of delicious food available around the clock. You’ll find countless bars and snack buffets scattered throughout the resort, ensuring you’re never far from a quick bite or refreshing drink. The hotel boasts a beautiful, private beach with a beautiful coastline, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. On the opposite side of the property, there’s a big water park, complete with exciting rides for both adults and children, adding an extra layer of fun for families. Evenings at the hotel are a true highlight, with top-notch entertainment every night. There are dedicated children’s programs, followed by impressive, diverse shows for adults. After that, the night continues with live music or DJ sets, each themed differently to keep things fresh and exciting. We had an absolutely wonderful time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone – it’s incredibly family-friendly, with something for everyone. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium. As a lovely surprise, we were complimentary upgraded to a spacious Family Suite, which was spotless and very comfortable. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job every day, and their attention to detail really stood out. The hotel is incredibly family-friendly, and the aqua park was fantastic—my son absolutely loved it and it added so much fun to our holiday. A special thank you to the Guest Relations Supervisor, Shadi, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

We had so much fun! The water park was amazing, the hotel pool was fun, and they had a DJ. We loved the breakfast, and the activity room. The whole stay was perfect for our family.

Highly recommended for those who like to be active on holiday. All major attractions are within reach. The only constructive feedback I have is the pillows. They are a bit old and have no structure. Also maybe a bit unusual for those from the UK, you ll need to rent bed sheets, etc and put them on yourself when you arrive.
