The size was brilliant! Very high spec

When we got there they tried to put us in a small room outside hotel which was not very nice,Nuria on reception sorted out other room in hotel for us with no fuss ,very friendly girl.dinner service was not great, to many people left into restaurant at one time.theme park was just all queues for everything ,probably will not go back to theme park again ,but would stay in hotel.

Room was clean as always and the breakfast was fantastic. Staff were helpful when I had an issue but the Air Conditioning was broken in the room I was in and the maintenance member of staff stated it couldn’t be fixed. Great location for access to the park and also the conference I was attending.

This was our 2nd visit to the hotel with our 3 year old. Clean room on arrival and room was cleaned every day new clean towels when requested, we took a spare absorbent sheet to put on our toddlers bed that was washed without being asked which was so kind, all staff very friendly, bar staff always happy to help, pool very clean and plenty of sun loungers all day so no need to go to the pool early in the morning to try and reserve sun beds. Lovely selection of food catering for all needs and dietary requirements. Arcades are great for kids and pool tables for adults. Photos can be taken by staff by pool and around the hotel but perhaps expect these to be done a little more professionally for the price. Minimum is €15 per photo with a minimum purchase of 5 if you also want these digitally. Pool towels are supplied with a deposit paid which is refunded at the end of your stay. Great selection of activities to choose from although we were a little disappointed that the soft play is no longer at this hotel. Evening entertainment is great although worrying that the disco and inside entertainment is over the safe decibel limit for children so this will need to be improved for us to return. Review from an American. First, just understand that this is a resort designed for children. The vast majority of the guests are families from the UK traveling with children. It is a cheap family option with impressive photos of the facility. Kids will have a blast in the pools, playgrounds, mini golf, arcade, beach club, etc. But as far as adult travelers, without kids, you will get bored in one day. There is one pool. Everything else you have to TAKE A BUS to get to the beach club. The beach club is just more pools for kids. Trampolines, water park. There is only one real food option at the hotel, the buffet. They advertise more restaurants but they are closed most days and they COST EXTRA EVEN IF YOU PAID FOR THE ALL INCLUSIVE OPTION. The arcade also costs extra for every single activity. The spa also costs extra for all activities. Do not expect this resort to even come close to what you would find in the Caribbean for all-inclusive, there is no comparison. DO NOT PLAN ON A REAL AMERICAN BREAKFAST. They cater to British guests so the food is very much like the UK. English (not American) "breakfast" and a bunch of pastries. Nothing fulfilling.
