9.2/10 Wonderful! (152 reviews)
Room was not ready until three hours past check-in. Had to check multiple times. Then was asked to pay to upgrade to different room or wait longer. Finally put into a different room, but very disappointing. Frequent traveler to area but will not return.

Very clean Hotel, great communication with the staff, a lot of unique shopping stores, restaurants nearby. I would love to plan another trip with the Upsun in the near future.
