Would not say it was worth the price looks to be an old school repurposed. Beds are not comfortable very springy. And layout was odd, not even a mini fridge in the room, TV was useless not able to play Netflix or YouTube nothing

We booked two rooms for a special occasion - we were allocated the Anne Boleyn and our daughter’s had the Audley rooms, both overlooking St Mary’s Church where we got married. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, dinner in the library was fabulous and breakfast was perfect. We even had good weather. Will definitely stay again

If you get booked in the “print works” wing of the building, getting there is a HAUL- multiple elevators and long walks. So if you have lots of luggage and a little kid like we did, you might want to make sure you’re booked in the main building. Also if you have a car, you can’t unload and load out front, there’s a barricade for a pedestrian road in front. So just travel light if staying here.

The staff were so helpful and room was very clean. I had both breakfast and dinner at the Bistro, the food was so delicious! I would definitely stay here again if I came back to the Bristol. The building itself and window views were aesthetically pleasing.

After staying at a very small and old hotel in London, staying here was like a five star resort and we loved it. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here with our son, both sets of grandparents, and our dog, and it was perfect for everyone. From the moment we arrived, the first impression was fantastic. The spa was lovely and a great place to relax, and the food was brilliant throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, although it did take a little while to arrive. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a lovely kids’ room and outdoor space that our little one really enjoyed. It’s also amazing for dogs, which made travelling with our pet so easy and enjoyable. We stayed in the 4-bedroom Grand Cottage, which was fantastic. Having private parking and easy access to all the facilities made everything very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.
