The front desk staff was not so, at one point, they offered me a free drop off and pick up ride to the mall and then left me stranded. It was not a mall, it was an outdoor strip that had no electricity. The heat was horrendous and nothing was open. They attempted to charge me 300 bahts for pick up. Return to the hotel and they refused to accommodate me or even acknowledge the situation. Also, because the hotel is on the side of the road it is very noisy. I attempted to get a partial refund and they declined with no response.
