Good stay. No complaints. Air conditioner wasn’t running properly and I brought it to front desk attention and they offered a discount on our two day parking. Left a good feeling with us and will be back.

I recently stayed at a Hilton property and was extremely disappointed. My biggest concern was guest safety. Before 10:00 a.m., we waited over 30 minutes for an elevator because two elevators were out of service. During that entire time, no one informed guests about the outage or provided any updates. We eventually had to ride an elevator going up just so we could stay on it long enough to get back down to the lobby. When we finally boarded, it was packed like sardines. This is more than an inconvenience—it is a serious guest safety concern. If the hotel knows it has ongoing elevator issues, management should communicate with guests and have a plan in place. The rest of our stay was equally disappointing. Our room never cooled properly, and we had to request a fan just to sleep. The shower had visible mold, the mini fridge was loud and failed to keep items cold, and our room door stuck and wouldn’t close properly. The lobby was also noticeably dirty. Check-in was slow despite several employees working, and staff allowed another guest to cut the line without addressing it. Parking was another major issue. When the lot filled, guests were forced to park off-site and rely on a poorly managed shuttle. Paying about $30 more per day than neighboring hotels for such an inconvenient parking experience was unacceptable. Overall, I expected far more from Hilton for the price. I am not sure Hotel.com would want to promote this hotel.
