Hispaniola Waterpark Holidays

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The property is huge and beautifully maintained — everything is clean, green, and very well taken care of. I always felt happy, relaxed, and well-fed — the food was consistently delicious with a great variety of options. There was never a moment when I felt uncomfortable or missing anything. One thing I especially appreciated was the transportation to the beach — it was very convenient and made getting there easy and stress-free. Overall, my experience was incredible. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and enjoyable vacation. I would love to come back again!

Kids Club was fantastic! My kids had a great time there and made many friends! The kids club staff were amazing with the kids and communicated very well with the parents using Whatapp. Thank you for the cute pictures and all the fun activities so that the parents could genuinely relax as well! We appreciate kids club the most from our trip!!! Our room cleaning staff, mini bar staff, room service staff, reception staff Santa and Andreas were so pleasant and welcoming! Santa gave us the perfect room with a lovely view and close up iuds club. Our room was so clean and comfortable! The air conditioning was so nice in our room and our mini bar was well stocked. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

We were very pleased with all aspects of the resort.

Shared spaces like the beach and pool were fantastic, and our 2 young kids enjoyed it. Room had some repair issues like a ripped couch and a broken glass table, that caused some safety concerns. Getting a dinner reservation at the nicer restaurants was a major challenge, but luckily we had an assigned consierge that was amazing!! He helped get us reservations when the app said sold out, and also helped arrange a taxi for a snorkel trip an hour off property. Food in general was not great, but drinks were quality and overall we had a nice stay.

Breakfast buffet at main hall was good, limited and cold at buffet by the beach. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and polite. Outdoor pools were plenty, clean, some lively with music and activities, others quiet. Private swim up was not sunny, with cold water all the time due to trees for privacy. Also, private swim ups are actually shared with 2 other rooms so not so private.

Great accommodation and great resort for a family holiday. We had a swim up room and the pool was incredible. The staff were all amazing and great with the kids. The Waterpark was a highlight for sure. We will definitely look to return

This property is not a 5 star property and shoul not be advertisedas such. The rooms are not cleaned property and need updating. My room had water leaking, dirt on the floors, mold in bathroom. The food was average to below average with not enough staff to clean tables, provide utensils and drinks at the buffet. The pool and beach is great. Drinks are good.
