The staff are excellent Specially Fernando who is the cleaning staff in the buffet and he helped and assist me with my Daugher. He is a kind, friendly and professional person. All staff are kind and proffessional and I Would like to come back again. The only bad thing is that my room Had cockroaches in the restroom.

I like the different kids pools they had. The food variety and restaurants were great.

This resort was beautiful. But the rooms needed serious upgrades. Very outdated. We chose the adult only side because I’m a teacher and this was my end of summer trip and I didn’t want to be around children lol. However, the family side was MUCH better. It was nothing to do on the adults only side. But a short train ride or golf cart will take you over to the family side. I would definitely return, I would just stay on the family side next time.

Excellent room space and a good food service

We had a very good time at the resort , the part it’s beach was very bad , with a lots of seaweeds and bad smell

Dice q el hotel esta totalmente renovado pero no parece, 1er dia no pudimos dormir pq el AC no enfriaba, era una queja de varios huespedes. Tampoco enfriaba el minifridge. Lo cambiaron 2 veces y nada. Por suerte al otro dia nos cambiaron la habitacion y todo mejorò. Gracias al conserje Manuel por ayudarnos al cambio y su amabilidad. La playa totalmente inservible por montañas de sargazo que apestaban la zona. 5 dias alli y nunca limpiaron la playa.
