The room was really nice, there are small things that can be improved but overall nice.

This is my fourth time staying at this property. I have always had outstanding experience. This time when I checked in. they put me in a room facing the HVAC units closed in on all sides. It was on the fourth floor. It was a terrible room. I have always had a great experience at this hotel and I called to ask to be moved. After sometime, they did agreed to move me to a room two floors up, which took another hour and a half to be ready although they just had to inspect the room. which was better and more open and a larger room in the same class I had paid for. Even though I had an upgrade through Expedia, they said they didn't have any upgrades. In fact, they never have any time I have stayed there, but to be given this room was very disappointing. The hotel seemed empty. I, the main pool was under construction for two days, but it was open on the third day so that was nice. I love this resort and it's the only place I like to stay in Miami and I've told so many people about it. I've always had a great experience with the staff, etc., but no one seemed to care at first really about my room situation at all or that I had stayed there four times or that I was celebrating my anniversary. After complaining, they did move me upstairs, which was very nice. But that kind of soured a little bit of the experience I must say. I didn't expect that at all. I don't think anyone should stay in that room in a luxury resort or it should definitely come at a discount. Thank you.

It's always a pleasure staying here. The staff is always so helpful. Was only able to stay one night but they were kind enough to upgrade my room. Got up early to take a dip in the pool before my flight.it was so peaceful and had the best pancakes.

I love the room. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I would say is the showers are definitely not hot enough for me. I don’t know if I just like it too hot but that’s the only issue I really had.

The pool closed early in the evening when it was still very warm. I wish it would stay open until at least 9
