It's a good hotel however it seemed a bit old, not very modern. A lot of the facilities like pool tables, video games, etc were not working. Some of the water slides were not working or sometimes bumpy leading to some scratches on the way down. Food wise, not impressed at all. Very similar food choices everyday and vegetarians would really struggle for choices.

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety at the buffet, and we also really enjoyed the two on-site restaurants. The service was a standout, especially from Abde Samad and Mehdi, who were both friendly and attentive. The water park was a highlight and perfect for all ages, and having drinks available throughout the day was a great bonus. Overall, a brilliant experience from start to finish.

"We stayed here for 6 nights. Myself and 2 children aged 11 and 13 and we had a fantastic time. I felt very safe as there is security at the hotel entrance as you arrive. The rooms are a little outdated but immaculately clean and the cleaning staff done an amazing job even cleaning my daughter’s shoes ..."
