Morocco Waterpark Holidays

The riad is really nice and muhammed and Younis are very helpful, met us at the end of the road as taxi wont go to the riad due to narrow road and they helped with the luggage. They were very kind and gave us a map and told us about the area and where everything is. The riad is very clean, breakfast is quite good. The area the riad is a bit secluded and someone like me who has very little sense of direction could end up getting lost.

We all loved it! Great selection of slides, pools. It says they have 4 restaurants but really it was one restaurant that had buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner, one restaurant that opens from 3 pm to 5 pm for crepes and hamburgers and one cafe with pastries and sandwiches. In general the slides could use some repainting. Staff can do better with cleaning up the common area around the main pool/main cafe since that’s where most guests hang out. Our room was big enough for 5 people. But honestly we were overall very pleased with the resort.

My stay was awful. Had ALOT of problems with the reservation. We took a 4 hour car ride just to spend another hour at the check in due to problems on the hotels end about my stay. The front desk was not helpful at all after showing all the documentation we had for our reservation through Expedia. They rejected all of what we were explaining to them and told me there was nothing they could do (couldn't call any support team for help) Because of this issue, there was a VERY VERY high unexpected fee that we had to pay on top of the 800+ dollars we already paid for the hotel. It ruined my whole families first night at the hotel and our overall experience because of how costly it was and how unwilling the staff were to help us. The food was also terrible. Everything was bland, pasta flavourless, the fish was bad, and the Moroccan cuisine was not good. The buffet area was crowded with people and kids running around spilling drinks everywhere (so much chaos). My family got diarrhea on the second night there.
