The food was appetizing, the drinks were amazing and the experience of a personal butler was phenomenal

Good hotel option in the Bavaro/Punta Cana area. Solid classic flare and service! Would love to see more variety in the buffet including seafood and a vareity of meats, steaks, etc. Overall a good stay!

Al momento de hacer check in, deberían dar todas las instrucciones del check out, en mi caso, había reservado con late check out, salí a desayunar y regresé a la habitación a las 11;40am y mi llave no funcionaba, fue incómodo porque nuestra habitación estaba muy lejos del lobby y cuando pedimos ayuda a la housekeeping para abrirla, nos dijo que no podía porque era nueva. Tuvimos que salir y encontrar una supervisora que nos ayudó para sacar las maletas, no teníamos conocimiento de que eso pasaria. El otro inconveniente fue con la comida, los restaurantes a la carta no valen la pena, la calidad de la comida no es buena y pensamos que sería otra experiencia, no simplemente sentarte a una mesa más. La comida en el buffet si fue muy buena. Y quiero felicitar a los que realizan el show de Michael Jackson, sin duda fue de lo mejor que tuvo el hotel.

Beautiful resort. Recommendation: Treat everyone with curtesy, kindness and respect— we walked into the excellence club and one of the ladies acted as if she was being bothered. We just needed change because we ran out of tip money. We had shower water running into the bedroom— we called maintenance and he put towels down and walked out. They put clean, but blood stained bed sheets. This is all the same evening. We called to get them changed — they told us they can’t change them until the following morning. This is at 10 pm after 6 phone calls to get the situation resolved. We finally asked to be moved to a different room. Not ideal after being settled, but we were not given other viable options. There was no follow up from anyone about our eventful night. The final confirmation came when we were waiting for our taxi after checking out with excellence club concierge a lady literally ran up to us looking for our checkout ticket. After seeing with her own eyes that we did indeed check out, just not with her, — she started asking awkward questions. Again — and that is the last impression of our stay. Again, treat everyone with courtesy, and kindness not just those you that fit a certain profile.

While the property was great and the food was also great, the service of the staff at the buffet during breakfast and lunch made you double think if it was a good choice to pick this resort. They had a look on their faces like they didn’t want to work and had to ask multiple times for orders. There were a few people who made good impressions on us but they were very few and rare.
