Caribbean Spa Holidays

The butler assigned to us, Ángel Arias, provided excellent service and was always attentive to our needs and requests. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. The overall service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The staff was friendly, professional, and always available to assist. The hotel also offers a variety of activities, including Zumba classes, aquatic activities, and pool entertainment, which added to the overall experience. There are a few areas that could be improved, such as a slight unpleasant odor in certain parts of the hotel. Additionally, I noticed that some of the tiles in the pool areas appear to be coming loose, so some maintenance and safety attention in those areas may be beneficial for guests. However, these were relatively minor issues and did not significantly affect our stay. Overall, I have nothing to complain about. The service, activities, hospitality, and overall experience were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future. I would also highly recommend purchasing the Premium Level service or the Guest Experience package, as it provides additional benefits and helps make the stay even more enjoyable and comfortable.

Great ocean view rooms and 3 great beaches with 5 restaurants and good food. A little distance from Hamilton and St Georges about an hour. But very relaxing !

The staff was great always so friendly and helpful. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the place needs a little updating .

The staff is very helpful. If you need anything anything at all they will get it done. We were lucky to have Keiden to greet us and he was our personal concierge during our entire stay. Luis the waiter has my 5 stars, he is absolutely magical. There were some children so it’s not adults exclusively. If you like the beach check before going for seaweed but if the pool is all you need it’s clean and welcoming. Zel Melia is small but caring. Again the staff is exceptional; they truly will go out of the way to make your stay worthwhile.

Wonderful staff - too many times to mention individually! The bar, restaurant and entertainment staff very helpful, accommodating and gave service with a smile. The dedicated guest relations team for Expedia customers was excellent with booking à la carte restaurants, arranging special requests, ensuring we got a ground floor room, and resolving one small issue. Bar in Miss Lou's coffee shop is hidden gem. Chef Jason in Sumptuori was amazing on the hibachi table and also made us a delicious off the menu sushi platter on our second time at Sumptuori. The landscaping staff will do their best to get you fresh coconut. The property is on a huge site with something to do for every age group. Yes the hotel suffered some damage from the hurricane and repairs are being undertaken but that didn't interfere or spoil our holiday.

Positives Staff - The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Grounds - Immaculate Activities - There are many activities to choose from. You literally cant be bored unless you want to be. Food - They have a wide variety each day Negatives: Rooms - Looks and feels average. There was nothing special about it. Room Service - The quantity of itiems placed in the room fell short as if they didbt expect us. Food - While they had a wide variety, the food tasted like it could be better seasoned.

Expansive and grand looking property - lovely pool with waterfalls and very helpful and cheerful staff with towels etc. Multiple beach areas to hang out but wish the beaches were swept in the mornings. Also would be nice if we were told about all of the amenities upon arrival such as beach area with the water sport activities - wasn’t aware until day before departure. An information booklet in the rooms would have been helpful. Unfortunately, the area where my room is located had an awful sewer odor which I’m assuming came from a standing water area outside which definitely should be treated - very unpleasant! Staff selling certain promotional products are way too aggressive and I felt harassed. Other than that I had a great time and the overall experience was good. There are a number of wonderful gift shops with great and useful products. There are several restaurants including three buffets with great breakfast items but I was not impressed with the buffet dinners - needs improvement with taste, quality and presentation. There are several other non buffet restaurants including Japanese, Mexican, Italian, seafood etc. I tried the Japanese that was okay but actually was leaning more to being Chinese. Overall my experience was a 7/10.

Our stay at the palms was everything we had hoped for! The grounds were beautiful and staff were welcoming. Service at the beach and pool were top notch. Dinner at Parallel 23 was amazing. Will be back!

I had such an amazing time! Food was great, staff was helpful. What an amazing place to stay at! I felt like we were immersed in a jungle. I would love to go back, it was so beautiful.
