Hotel is clean and modern with the bonus if an on demand shuttle to Disney. Unfortunately the breakfast items were not hot and barely warm. They need a better hit plate or microwave to heat your breakfast.

Very central location, helpful staff

The property was gorgeous! It was the nicest spa I have ever seen. There were so many amenities. There was a few saunas, an ice bath, steam room, an emotional shower, waterfall pools for neck and shoulders, 7 whirlpool tubs indoors, 10 whirlpool tubs in the gardens, lots of loungers, gravity beds and much more. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Big items for my husband. The room was a Supeior room. It was very beautiful and spacious.

Fantastic hotel and location. Majority of staff were exceptional. We did however leave a shopping bag from our trip in the room by accident and remembered on the train home. We called the hotel and said we would come back the next day to see if they put it aside from housekeeping but unfortunately it wasn’t found. Staff at reception were very helpful with this incident. Overall great hotel but remember a final sweep before you leave!

This hotel is easy to get to via the airport bus. We took the bus and a quick walk. (Great for value seekers). The hotel is super conveniently located. It was very easy to get around the city. It’s super close for walking and has many bus terminals nearby if needed. The staff here were so friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check our bags in early (we had a morning flight - so dropped them and headed out to the museum). We also were able to check in a bit early and get a solid nap before heading back out for the day. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean and quiet. There’s a pool (open 7:00-22:00) which is warm and clean and happened to conveniently be on our floor. The bed was comfortable- especially the pillows. There’s a safe and a mini fridge and a kettle. And I loved the bathroom - huge shower and a very helpful large shelf for all your bathroom supplies to sit. 10/10, would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.
