The resort was beautiful and the staff were all so welcoming and polite. The grounds and beaches were beautiful and well cared for. The all inclusive food at the restaurants was top notch and presented beautifully. Even the buffets had cooking stations for you to request some things made fresh like omelets, eggs, crepes, and pasta dishes. Jean on the Infinity Terrace always made our evening’s listening to live music so wonderful by making sure we had somewhere to sit and had a drink and would regularly check on us and ask if we were okay. She was the hardest working one there! The outdoor pool was huge and just warm enough. The only problem we had was on the last two days of our stay we had a water leak from the ceiling above the jacuzzi tub that got pretty bad by the time we were checking out. It was a day and a half before maintenance came to fix it and then it wasn’t fixed. We didn’t get offered a different room or much compensation for the issue other than the check out staff member gave us $10 off our wine we drank at dinner. We were celebrating our two year wedding anniversary and I was disappointed that my husband couldn’t use the jacuzzi tub because of the ceiling leak and drainage issues in the tub.

The whole trip was fantastic! We had the time of our lives! It could not have been better.
