(2,910 reviews) It took forever to get checked in. Not what I have experienced at five-star hotels in the past. There was no USB charger in the room and nothing available from the concierge. Again, a bit of a surprise. The hotel is an old, iconic hotel. That comes with pluses and minuses. The location is excellent as we wanted to go to the Byward Market and National Gallery.
