(1,006 reviews) Everything with my stay was great, except for the fact that the heating was broken in the hotel both nights of my stay, and there was no communication about it. The fireplace was also broken in the lobby. I had set my room all the way up to 75 and slept in two sweaters and two pairs of pants to stay warm while it was in the 20s. There should be no exception to having heat when in Cleveland in December. Hotel itself was beautiful and very nice staff.
