(906 reviews) The staff was really nice and available 24hrs. The room was very spacious, clean, and luxurious. They also provide free laundry self-service with complimentary laundry detergent. Be warned that the machine (dryer mainly) is on the small side (in comparison to the ones in US at least) so you should only wash thinner pieces of clothing that dries quickly with it. Otherwise, you can also utilize the drying racks they peovide in the rooms. Overall, really enjoyed our stay. (1,001 reviews) Overall, the hotel was great; however, the bed is extremely firm, and the pillows are extremely deflated and flat. The room is extremely hot. When I inquired, the front desk stated the heat and AC in the rooms are all turned off because it is winter; therefore, there is no option to control the temperature in the room. They provided a fan, but it was useless and would automatically shut off after an extended period.
