The staff only comes to the hotel from 9-11 am. My toilet washlet was unusable. I have to wait until the next day and when I complained they said they will repair it soon. However, until I checked out nobody came to repair or anything. They will not even provide you with a toothbrush, paste or body lotion. you have to buy it from the counter at the 1st floor.
