Western Bologna Ski Holidays

The shower head was a bit loose and there were some flying ants in the room, but otherwise perfect for a short trip

The staff at the hotel were all very courteous and helpful. The bedroom was well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The location of the hotel is not great as there is absolutely nothing around it. It is well connected to Bologna via bus (about 25/30 mins from the centre) which as advertised does stop immediately outside the premises. We had hoped to have dinner on the Sunday evening as we had a very early flight on the Monday morning. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Sunday despite being advertised as open 7 days which was disappointing. There wasn’t much activity in the hotel and the bar area wasn’t staffed as such and was a bit soulless and uninspiring. The cost of the hotel was much the same as others which had more amenities around them.

Very pleasant experience all around. Room is large, high ceilings, full of natural light. Staff very impressive.

The staff were brilliant -Sandro at breakfast and Maria Sara on reception, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Probably some others as well but I didn’t get the names. Would stay again.

The entire stay they made us feel like royalty. From the amazing suite, service, and breakfast it’s safe to say we will absolutely be looking to come back. Thank you for making our first time to Italy feel like a dream come true.

Old. Needs updating. Street noise was too much. Not easy to get around the hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was nice. The hotel looks worn and needs an upgrade but it was clean. The elevators will bring you to your floor but there are stairs you need to climb. The hotel porters were very helpful with our luggage.
