Perfect spot.

Room was not clean, bathroom has stains all over. The room that was given to use was near the entrance, so it was extremely noisy. The kettle in our room leaks, we called reception about it, they promised to bring it to us within 10 mins. But no one ever brought it to us during the entire stay. Extremely terrible service

This is a very family orientated hotel and good at providing for all age groups especially young children. The food is excellent and various dietary requirements are catered for.

This property is absolutely stunning. Our room was gorgeous and had a great layout. The Sacher has a spectacular spa and the staff goes above and beyond!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, that was great. And the food was really good - excellent choices at both breakfast and dinner. I ended up feeling too full to try everything! The hotel is near both the station, and the centre of Seefeld, so good access is offered. We had a good sized bedroom and a nice balcony. The receptionists were always helpful with advice, and finding out more information for us.

Die Buchung des Hotels war problemlos über Hotel.com. möglich. Die Anreise erfolgte gegen 22.00 Uhr mit bestätigter Buchung und Willkommensgruß via E-Mail durch das Hotel. Das Haus war geöffnet und im Reczptionsbereich voll beleuchtet. Es gab die Einschränkung, dass kein Personal weit und breit sichtbar war. Die Bereiche SPA Restaurant und Bar waren frei zugänglich, auch hier kein Personal. Der Hinweis mit einer Telefonnummer auf dem Tresen der Rezeption lief ins Leere. Keine Rufnummer war besetzt, kein Notruf, kein Nachtportier, keine Ansprechperson. Nach 30 Minuten haben wir das Hotel verlassen und mussten eine Ersatzlösung suchen. Wie kann es sein, dass ein Hotel dieser Kategorie keinerlei Sicherheitsvorkehrung für Gäste in Not oder Spätanreisende bietet, aber am nächsten Tag eine Mail sendet und sich über den gelungenen Check in erkundigt. Bis heute keine Reaktion auf Mails und Reklamation, keine Entschuldigung, keine Rückerstattung der im Voraus geleisteten Zahlungen. Das Haus ist sicherheitstechnisch fragwürdig und aus dieser Sicht keinesfalls zu empfehlen.
