Their elevator broke down, so they decided not to do any housekeeping. I asked at the front desk staff (morning shift) for fresh towels in the morning, which was delivered at around 10 pm. Toilet seat was all stained, exhaust was broken. No general housekeeping next day. In the name of gym- just the treadmill, cycle and mats etc. Expedia should really do some checks on this hotel. "The continental breakfast had a wide variety of items. The pool and water slide were enjoyed. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet in the hotel. My only complaint was that the conditioner was empty in the shower - it was late and we only stayed one night so I didn’t bother calling to ask for a refill. The staff was very friendly when we checked in and out."
