One of our favourite hotels when visiting Puglia. The location of this place was fantastic, and is great for getting to and from small town for exploring each day. The hospitality is incredible, as well. We felt taken care of during each moment on this property - from check in to every meal, to pool service and any accommodation needed, the staff was there for any request. Special shoutout to Guiseppe - he was the absolute best!

The EuroStars hotel in Matera is a terrific place to stay. It is a very nice property: very clean, that is quite modern, with spacious rooms, and very well located. An advantage to staying here is that there is a parking lot in the back of the property, where you can easily unload your luggage and park the car for your entire stay in Matera, as you will be able to access all important sites in Matera by walking to them. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and shops close to the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel staff is terrific. The young lady at the reception desk, who spoke perfect English, in addition to fluent Spanish as well as her native Italian language, was very attentive and provided us with a useful map of Matera and also traced for us the walking route starting from the hotel to all of the sites that we wanted to visit. Although we only had one full day in Matera, I highly recommend to spend two days in Matera to truly enjoy it on a more leisurely pace - as Matera along with Lecce and the old town in Bari are the most interesting locales in southern Italy. (We spent 3 full weeks in touring southern Italy by car.) I also highly recommend this hotel. You will be delighted regarding your stay at this lovely hotel.

The property is very unique and the staff helpful. However, no one asked us to register, people were very relaxed about paperwork and didn't seem aware of our stay as we hqd to confirm it many yltimes. Staff helped ua load our vehicles and took our keys but nevwe asked to settle the bill. About an hoir later while we were well on our way, they called to ask us to pay. We gqve them our visa number and info but the demanded a cheque, money transfer or cash. Terrible. My nephew who had hia wedding there ended up paying as they refused the crefit card. Not impressed!

Our stay at the BRA Hotel Bari was simply outstanding and exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were second to none, and they always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and offered every comfort you could ask for. The luxurious finishes, comfortable bed, and thoughtful amenities made it a pleasure to return to after exploring the beautiful city of Bari. The dining experience was equally exceptional. Breakfast offered an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality products, and every meal we enjoyed was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The rooftop restaurant was a true highlight, combining outstanding cuisine with a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to Bari's best shops, restaurants, and historic attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. BRA Hotel is a true five-star experience in every sense. If you're looking for luxury, impeccable service, outstanding food, and an unforgettable stay in Bari, look no further. We had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, we only discovered it on the last day of our trip, because we would have loved to spend much more time here. The villa was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful garden where our baby had plenty of room to play and enjoy herself. The pool was lovely, the food was amazing, and the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone made us feel so welcome. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for your kindness and for making our stay so special!
